In February, Mountain-View, California-based JobSeer launched an AI-powered Chrome extension tool to help jobseekers gain insight into companies that are hiring. The Chrome extension provides advanced job matching, skills recommendations, and a company recruiter and employee contact finder.
With Smart Search, users can narrow their job search scope by entering the desired job title, skill set, location, and other job preferences. At the same time, JobSeer provides recommended job titles and skills to expand the search. JobSeer also parses applicant resumes to compare experiences and skills to a job listing to calculate a match score. It also provides details of missing skills to make applicant resumes better.
In March, JobSeer revealed a new Visa Sponsorship Feature to help foreign workers simplify their job search. It works by filtering the companies that sponsor work visas. Compatible with various job boards, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Jobs, Handshake, and Dice, JobSeer uses the power of AI to help job seekers from any background to make better career choices.
With the Visa Sponsorship Feature, users may find company visa sponsorship information by expanding the Company’s Insights tab and discovering how many work visas the company has filed in the past.
